This website is operated by Mindful Ummah, a charitable mental health platform run by Bridge of Unity, a registered UK  and US based charity. Mindful Ummah provides free, faith-rooted emotional and mental health support services including helplines, email support, appointments and written correspondence.

Access to this site is provided on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or suspend the site (or parts of it) at any time without notice.
