Is the call free of charge?

Yes, our helpline is completely free to call, whether you’re using a mobile or landline within the UK. 

Who will I be speaking to?

You’ll speak to a trained Ummati. An Ummati is a compassionate listener who understands the importance of empathy, faith, and confidentiality. 

Can I stay anonymous?

Absolutely. You don’t have to give your name or any personal details unless you feel comfortable doing so. 

What kind of support can I get over the phone?

Our Ummatis are here to listen, support you emotionally, and help you feel heard. If needed, they can also guide you to book further support or resources. 

Can I call more than once?

Yes, you’re welcome to call again whenever you need someone to talk to. While you may not speak to the same Ummati each time, every call is handled with the same care and respect.
