How do I book an appointment?

You can book online by filling out a short form. Once we receive your request, an Ummati will be in touch to confirm your session details, insha’Allah. 

What happens during a session?

It’s a safe, one-to-one space where you can speak openly. Your Ummati will listen, guide, and support you using approaches like Islamic counselling, CBT, or psychotherapy. 

Are the sessions confidential?

Yes, completely. What you share stays between you and your Ummati, unless there’s a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s. 

Can I request a specific type of support?

Absolutely. You can let us know if you prefer Islamic counselling, CBT, or another approach, and we’ll try our best to match you accordingly. 

Can I choose who I speak to?

While we can’t guarantee a specific Ummati, we do our best to match you with someone who suits your needs. If you’re uncomfortable, you can always request a change.
