How long will it take to get a reply?

We try our best to respond within 24 hours. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but every email is read with care and answered with compassion by a dedicated Ummati. 

Do I need to share personal details?

No, you don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable with. You can stay anonymous if you wish. What matters most is that you feel safe and able to express what’s on your heart. 

Can I have an ongoing conversation by email?

Yes, you can. Some people email just once to offload. Others continue the conversation over time. You can write as often as you need, and we’ll be here to listen, respond, and support. 

Is email support only for Muslims?

Not at all. While Mindful Ummah is rooted in Islamic values, our support is open to everyone, regardless of faith, background, or beliefs. You’re welcome here. 

Is what I share kept confidential?

Absolutely. Everything you write to us is treated with strict confidentiality. Your privacy is deeply respected, and nothing is ever shared outside our support team—unless there’s a serious concern for your safety or someone else’s.
