Who are Mindful Ummah?

Mindful Ummah is a flagship project of Bridge of Unity, a registered charity in UK and USA. We work in 24 countries in an effort to free Muslim Ummah from poverty, thirst, exploitation and conflict through different charity programs. Mindful Ummah is a platform focused on offering mental health support to anyone seeking solace in faith, feeling excluded or going through difficult times.

How are donations at Mindful Ummah spent?

Every donation to Mindful Ummah is dedicated exclusively to supporting our mental health platform. We operate under a 100% donation policy, meaning all operational costs are covered separately by Bridge of Unity. This ensures that every pound you give goes directly toward providing compassionate mental health support. Your donations help us sustain our 24/7 helpline, offer counselling sessions, develop faith-based resources, and reach individuals struggling with emotional, mental, or spiritual challenges.

What is the mission of Mindful Ummah?

At Mindful Ummah, our mission is to provide faith-sensitive mental health support to individuals from all walks of life. Rooted in compassion and Islamic principles, we aim to create a safe and inclusive space where people can find emotional healing, spiritual guidance, and community connection.

Who can benefit from Mindful Ummah’s services?

Our services are open to everyone, regardless of faith, background, or location. Whether you’re seeking counselling, struggling with isolation, or simply need someone to talk to, Mindful Ummah is here to support you. We believe in building bridges of understanding and helping individuals thrive in their mental and spiritual well-being.
